Fully functioning ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) machine, however when powered on, it repeatedly asks you to insert a card. When a card is inserted it makes no noise.
The speaker on this machine also is a little crackly.
This machine would be best either connected to a timer, or for display purposes only.
